What is your idea to stop cheating?

Share your best ideas to stop cheating. Which ways of cheating is still possible in monopoly city streets? Are there some common patterns? Why there is no e-mail verification? Are you against or do you agree with it?

    1.One sale or purchase road only one for day permit from other account
    2.Check value in post sent form to real value build

    use one email address per account ,don't allow trade between the same ip address accounts

    One of the big cheater is maxundmoritz (State highwas 148, County Highway 897 and so on). I controlled him for a few days. It was very interessting. In one moment he build up 200 - 300 houses each for 5 million$. Then he has no money more and 2 minutes later he has the next 500 millions$ on his account.
